this time as a council official, he is about to join the
local Yacht club and manipulate the brigadear (no
relation to Doctor Who & UNIT) into
demolishing the headquarters of THUNDERBARGE - The Ferro
Concrete Barge that proudly sits amongst ThunderBirds,
Crabs, Starfish, Jellied Eeals & used syringes
on the sea shell sprinkled soft southern sand.
